The Purpose of Modernization

PLV in one of the most competetive local university. Each student has a gut to fight in every struggles they may face inside the campus. Students may build their stronger foundation that could help them in the near future. The students was have a higher capability to learn if the school meet their satisfaction.

The new PLV Maysan Campus is the new generation of campus with modernized facilities. It has a good surroundings and larger field where students can relax. Pandayan bookshop is one of the highlight of the campus. Having a bookshop inside the new campus is a huge help to the students. They easily buy their needs for their projects, assignments, etc. The new campus consist 3 buildings. Each building may be an asset to every student. Complete facilities is what the new campus have. It helps each student to have a better peformance. Facilities of the new campus is improved so that all students will be determined to learn and study. PLV New World ID is also improved with the help of technology, students can easily enter the campus by easily tapping their ID. Mayor Rex Gatchalian once said that he will focus on the academic performance of student. One of his way to improve student of Valenzuela City is to inspire them to study hard. New face of PLV is the first step into the better future. Modern acrhitectural design of school makes the students refresh their mind and create a good and creative thoughts. It helps the students to expore new ideas by the help of it’s structure color.

As of now, many valenzuelanos wants to study at the PLV new campus because of their modern and complete facilities. The goal to make every students inspired in studying is one by one became successful. One day with the use of PLV New Campus all valenzuelanos are willing to study and prepared for the real world they may face.

Advanced Technologies and Facilities

The advancement of technologies and facilities in the new main campus of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela provides a better tertiary education. Many students are happy and amazed on the progress made by the Pamantasan. From a simple school to a school with advanced technologies. These technologies will be a great help to the students of Pamantasan as they continue to improve their learning.

The facilities inside the new main campus of PLV are the laboratories for mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communications engineering, information and communication technology (ICT),  fluid mechanics, chemistry, physics,  speech communication and other facilities with advance technologies. The PLV World card is also one of the advance technology used to make the students more secured. The library is also fascinating because it has an extensive collection of books and other reading materials, an audio-visual room, spacious lecture rooms, and a student’s lounge where PLVians can enjoy their free time and to loosen up from daily academic pressure and to relieve their stress.

The Valenzuela government is giving its best effort and support to the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela so that the citizens will have proper and adequate learning education that will make them more progressive, competent, competitive and skillful to help for the Valenzuela City’s advancement and growth. This is indicated in the PLV’s mission and vision.

School choice increases the quality of public schools/university!

Before the PLV New Main Building at Maysan was built, there was an honor hearing the name of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela, being the known school or university and great professors in Valenzuela City.

 

 

This is an issue for now and issue at last, because it can be the way that can lead those whose concern about their future at picking at the best institutions, and Pamantasan ng Lunsod ng Valenzuela is.

Now that it’s a NEW INNOVATION OF THE BETTER VERSION of PLV, there’s also PROGRESSED in Technologies and Facilities, that can help us make our work easy, not to be lazy but to be inspired on the things we have now and take it as advantage for us to get a higher learning and to make this NEW PAMANTASAN as our way to help us to our SUCCESS!

Progressive Pamantasan

Everything started as a small campus known as “Pamantasan sa Likod ng Munisipyo” in 2002. Years back then was a challenging yet exciting days of the Pamantasan. Low-technology, small classrooms, broken armchairs and unpleasant surroundings. But then, as time passes, our Pamantasan fortunately cope with the changes of the world. After rehabilitating that “Pamantasan sa Likod ng Munisipyo”, it then built another branch along the road of Malinta and called the PLV Annex. The newly launched branch of PLV luckily coped with the underlying alteration of the world and began to be known as Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela. It then start to set the high standard education and conquer the academic world.

 

Few years later, our beloved Pamantasan continue to progress and as time passes, promised to build another branch with high-technology and a comfortable learning institution.

Years have passed and as promised, Valenzuela City government started to build the new main campus of PLV along Tongco St. Brgy. Maysan, Valenzuela City and this last January 19, 2018, the inauguration the new main campus has occurred.

Our Pamantasan is now making its way as one of the best state university in the Philippines and still growing and progressing that gives high quality education to over 10,000 Valenzuelanos.

PLV New ID Access

The new PLV student IDs…RFID enabled.

PLVworld, student’s access to a world of opportunities…

These ID serve as access to the campus, later on used for cashless transactions for school’s vendor, and down the road discount card of merchants partners outside the school.

One of the highlights at the launching of the new #PLV campus is another revolutionary project, the #PLVWorld card. The RFID-enabled cards are the PLVians’ access to a whole new world of topnotch university experience. It will serve as their pass to enter the campus. Once they tapped, their parents or guardian are notified through a text message whether they went in or out of the campus. This is also their access to their online university records, class schedules and university advisories. It will also serve as a discount card to merchants inside and outside of the campus.
